Our Client Is Looking For A: Senior Research Scientist/NLP Specialist

Job Description

You are a seasoned machine learning specialist who’s itching to solve large, real-world business problems by applying ML, AI and NLP techniques on a variety of unstructured enterprise data. You are proficient in working alongside a stellar team of engineers, research scientists, UX designers, and product managers to build cool I.P. using both open-source and proprietary technologies. Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, from a top-tier university

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or a related field. NLP specialization is highly desirable, but not necessary

• 3-5+ years building ML products involving knowledge extraction, knowledge graphs, and recommender systems

• Hands-on experience using machine learning and neural networks to extract semantic information from natural language, including experience with transformer models, training and using word and sentence embedding vectors, topic modelling, summarization, and question answering. Experience with NLP on the human-machine dialogue is a plus. Experience with NLP on a human-to-human freeform conversation is a big plus.

• Mid- to advanced-level proficiency in ML modelling is a requirement

• Proficiency in a Python dev environment, experience with SQL & relational databases. Experience with TensorRT, Triton, Tensorflow, ONNX, Pytorch is highly desirable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• You have a creative mind and a keen ability and initiative to think “beyond”
