ServiceNow Expert

Key Skills:

-ServiceNow ITSM Development, Javascript, Rest/SOAP ServiceNow, Event Mngt/ certification.

-Experience in ITSM

- Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog

-Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules

-Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus

- Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems.

- ServiceNow module trainings passed would be considered valid (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM; CASM, APP Eng etc)

- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies

- Good to have Telco background working with trouble ticketing domain

Note : This role require Nordic security check for eligible candidate.
