Arbetsuppgifter
Providing a leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the IT function as well as providing direction as the enterprise grows Work closely with the CEO to determine the direction of software development, solutions and product offerings Build platform not only software,but also maintain and build a big data repository for ad tech contextual parameters. Map and analyse different contextual parameters influencing product sales and develop a self automated algorithm to optimize and publish ads dynamically. Play an active role on the management team of the business, reporting directly to the President Achieve a crystal clear understanding of partner requirements, or their client requirements, by working directly with sales VPs on reviewing opportunities and engaging with partners Support the development of go-to-market plans for new solutions Knows how to group engineering teams around product or functions Worked with outsourced development to increase speed Manage and guide offshore and freelance based development and integrate into the product roadmap.

Utbildning/Erfarenhet
BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical degree 2 to 3 years of hands on-experience in software development, including knowledge of development in Java, Javascript, Python, C/C++, and skills in SQL, REST, SOAP and similar protocols A successful track record in product development, product management and project management in a SaaS delivery environment, ideally IBM Bluemix or Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with consumer marketing applications, in particular marketing automation, social media, advertising technology and customer analytics Have hands-on experience in working with offshore team ,specially with Indian Markets. Working experience in different geographical locations, managing different clients and working in all phases of software development lifecycle.
