Who are we?

Background and qualifications

We know from experience that skilled developers quickly adopt new technologies, so exactly what you have worked with, what tools you have used and what background you have is less important. We also know that those we are looking for are often driven by constantly learning new things, so what you do not already know, you learn quickly.

More specifically, you should have completed a technical education, worked for a few years (or many) and, among other things, are driven by solving problems. You may be fundamentally questionable but at the same time see opportunities and are unpretentious and optimistic. In addition to pure, hard and measurable competence, you can also work in teams together with others, show respect for different views/opinions and critically review your own work.
