C++ Developer to Minalyze in Gothenburg

Thanks to the innovative instrument The Minalyzer - the mining industry now have a more sustainable, economic and effective alternative to scan and analyze geological data. Due to expansion Minalyze is now looking for a C++ Developer to join their innovative team in Gothenburg. As for now Minalyze consist of eight people in Gothenburg and eight in Australia and they are now expanding their developing team in Gothenburg.

You will work in an environment where teamwork is highly valued, your days will be varied, and you will be encouraged to share your opinions and knowledge with the team. As a C++ Developer you will mainly work with developing and improving the instrument The Minalyzer. You will improve and refine the code to make the instruments movement and data gathering better and more accurate. Another task is working with new hardware and integrate it in the main system.

Examples of what you will do:

* Develop software that controls the instrument
* Develop drives for new hardware
* Test new hardware and find new analyzes
* Experiment, test and be creative
* Discuss with the geologists in the company to find and map new solutions and needs
* Test new hardware and find out if/how it could be used

Who you are
For this position we are looking for you who has a burning passion for developing as well as a great general technical interest - at Minalyze you have the arena to live it out and the tools to play with. You are experienced in writing code for hardware in C++. You are a great team player who naturally shares your opinion and knowledge with your teammates. Furthermore, you are innovative, seek solutions and dare to try new things, even if you don't have the full knowledge.

Requirements:

* Post-secondary education within IT
* C++ experience
* Fluent in English

It is meritorious that you have knowledge / experience with:

* Javascript
* HTML / CSS
* Codesys
* Interest for Robot systems and Computer vision
* Laser
* Robot, PLC programming
* ROS
