We are looking for a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer for our Quality Assurance squad. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference. 

In our tribe we are 130 developers, solution architects, testers and scrum masters dedicated to building and maintaining our new digital backend.

What you’ll do 

We believe that software quality is a software architectural topic and a complement to monitoring.; our test – suits are holistic and aims to capture the full span of our APIs. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be a member of the Release and Quality Assurance squad; our experts in quality assurance and test – automation. The squad is responsible to develop our end-to-end test framework built in Java running and visualizing the outcome the flows as well as providing fast insight to our developers.

Your main responsibility is to build, extend and maintain our end-to-end – tests. You are also responsible to support the feature squads with best practice in test automation and driving automation and visibility of quality from development environment to production.

Who you are
* We believe you have a strong technical background as a test automation engineer and have a minimum of two years coding experience in Java.
* You have excellent communications skills and enjoy coding together in a mob.
* You are curious, self-driven and are able understand the broader picture of our business and our tech – stack.

From a technical perspective we believe you have a deep knowledge in the following technologies:
* Java 11 with Springboot
* Kubernetes and Docker
* SQL.

If you prior knowledge of the following technologies that’s a bonus:
* Elastic Stack
* Test – automation framework as Katalon or Selenium.
