Senior Product Designer - Are you ready for the next level?

Are you an experienced product designer that enjoys working with product development, business value and are able to see the big picture? Then you might be the product designer we are looking for to join our tech organization at Levels. Together we build complex and compelling web applications for big and exciting clients, help develop digital products for new and promising start-up companies, and at times even pitch our inhouse-bred product ideas in front of investors! We are a team of curious, collaborative people who are eager to share knowledge and insights and who jump at any opportunity to explore new uncharted territories.

Here is where you enter the picture:

As product designer you will join our friendly tech organization consisting of developers, ux-designers, ux-research and strategists and product managers among others. As a product designer we expect you to be confident in explaining the outcomes of different design choices. Some of our projects originate in house such as Strike, NOA, and STACC, whereas others are border-crossing start-ups in East Africa such as Afripods, as well as promising startups based right here in Sweden such as Acamp.

We believe that you:

Have a solid design background and several years of relevant product design experience and enjoy coaching less experienced colleagues

Have experience and is passionate about modern design processes in product development in an agile environments

Are passionate about the end-user and have a user-first mindset and are comfortable getting feedback to make sure solutions work for our business and are feasible to build technically

Have experience working in cross disciplinary teams towards a common goal

Are comfortable working with a number of clients and projects at a time and presenting your work to both internal and external stakeholders

What and how will you be working?

Drive and quality assure design delivery with your team

Be an advocate for modern design systems

Make sure we combine qualitative and quantitative data to guide our design decisions

You will support in projects at big and exciting companies, either at their premises or in our office

You will support projects in promising start-ups where your expertise will be put to good use to build its strategic fundamental base
