Integration Architect

For our customer we are looking for an Integration Architect to ICC Work tasks o Take part in defining and communicate ICC integration principles and guidelines. o For new and updated of integrations objects take part in designing integrations, mainly concerning information modelling and XML schema creation. o Work closely with Integration Developer Leads during the design of integrations. o Close cooperation with the Area architects for the appointed area/areas in order to capture future needs and coming projects o Have a tight dialogue with customers for the appointed area/areas. Meaning helping customer with their integrations and spreading information from the customers to ICC. o Together with the other integration architects working to constantly improve the integration architecture. o Provide competence and support for other architects and developers regarding integration architectural issues. o Participate in pre-studies and RFI/RFP work for new IT Solutions together with our customers to ensure that ICC integrations guidelines are followed. o Analyze and evaluate integration technologies, patterns, standards and architecture in order to make sure that ICC is providing the patterns and infrastructure that are needed. o Work proactive together with the customers to ensure that the integration architecture is kept solid when the IT environment changes, if needed make a redesign. Skills We want the person to have good knowledge of: o Integration by messaging o Integration patterns o Information architecture o Integration platforms, preferably Microsoft BizTalk server o Integration development and software development in general o Integration related software such as message queuing software, preferably WMQ o Working with XML and schemas o English language, in speech and writing The experience within IT and software development should be at least 8 years, preferably longer. The experience of system integration as an architect should be at least 3 years. Characteristics: o Structured and analytic o Communicative and pedagogic o Team player o Being able to have a holistic approach, seeing the bigger picture The person will be part of the integration architecture group which consists of four architects and one platform architect. The motivating factors are to have the possibility to work with integration architecture at one of the largest IT departments in Sweden, together with an Integration Competence Center.
