Experienced Android Developer to Nexer R&D

Nexer R&D is now looking for experienced Android developers for exciting assignments within the automotive sector! We are looking for someone who have worked with Android App development for a couple of years and want to work in an environment where you are challenged daily and get to work with the latest technologies such as Android Automotive! You will be happy in this role if you are analytical and have a good sense for details. 

What is the role like?

We at Nexer R&D are looking for Android Developers who wish to work as consultants within our R&D Automotive department. The aim of this role is to design and program functional applications running on Android. You will be working both on your own and as a part of a team together with your colleagues. You will most likely be a part of a Scrum team and you will be working with the latest technologies that are changing the automotive sector as we know it!

Your background

You will be happy in this role if you have multiple years of experience and good knowledge of Android development in Java and Kotlin. You also have good experience from relevant frameworks connected to Android. You probably have your educational background from computer science but other pure Android-focused educations can also be of interest for your background.

It is also good to have experience from:
- Embedded programming in C/C++ since you will probably be working close to embedded systems.
- Jira, Confluence, GIT and CI Toolchains.
