ABOUT THE ROLE

You will join the newly established Data and Analytics team and have a central role in building out the analytical capabilities to improve the product suit and internal processes. You will develop products spanning from enabling a more proactive health care to becoming better at forecasting absence.

Advanced analytics and machine learning will be the core of all products where training is conducted, but not limited to, our large quantity of health data. You will also be responsible for driving various analytical tasks including but not limited to causality analysis, A/B testing and optimization. You will be developing and deploying in our tech-stack built on AWS.

Tasks:

- Design, implement and build machine learning pipelines to deliver high quality inference used both by internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with domain experts, data engineers and other Teams to build solutions solving complex problems.
- Take responsibility for testing and documenting solutions to ensure robustness and quality.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses for internal and external use to mature within the domain.

YOUR PROFILE

We are seeking an individual who wants to play an instrumental part in supporting our business growth and take a lot of responsibility.

Own: Design and develop data- and model infrastructure required for machine learning capabilities. Develop tools and frameworks to solve and address problems within the health domain. Proactively make decisions on what data to collected and use for feature engineering.

Teach: How to apply best practices when it comes to advanced analytics and machine learning including infrastructure, efficiency, scaling and feature reusability.

Learn: Our service architecture and deployment workflows. How information is collected, captured and utilized to generate value.

Skills and qualifications:

- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering and/or Statistics discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics and development disciplines including statistical modeling, data modeling and model deployments.
- Experience in working on multiple areas including but not limited to ETL, Data modeling & design, writing complex SQL queries etc.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (mainly Python).
- Experience working with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-Learn.
