We are looking for a passionate Engineering Lead to join a team building tailor-made payment solutions for well-known E-Commerce retailers. Avarda is an expert within the field of E-commerce. We supply large-scale e-commerce solutions, and we count several leading brands as our clients. About the company: Avarda is a young company within TF Bank and is an innovative tech & knowledge company specialized in modern E-Commerce. We offer our customers cutting edge payment solutions and help them adapt to modern consumer behaviour and a digital future. Our customers range from retail brands such as Boozt.com, Bubbleroom to large B2C/B2B companies and important players in the field of construction, manufacturing etc. Today we have a development organization of about 25 people spread across several countries. Now we want to build up a team in our office in central Stockholm.
About the position:
You will be working in a .NET environment in our Payment-focused team, where the mission is to take the friction out of payments. You are naturally interested in modern technologies and have experience working with different IDEs and languages. We welcome a broad technical background. We follow agile principles with independent teams, and we expect you to be self-driven and to know your craft very well. We believe that communication and collaboration within the team as well as with other teams is key to building things right. We enjoy an open, helpful and cheerful atmosphere. As a .NET Developer, you will design, code, review, test, document and operate features using technologies like C# .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Elm, Azure Dev-ops, Kubernetes, SQL, etc We use a microservices approach and most of our environment is in Azure.
Responsibilities:
· Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing and deployment. · Act as the technical lead for two junior developers · Create high quality code and perform code reviews of junior engineers · Help design and implement the overall architecture of projects · Participate in technology selection including programming languages, plug-ins, frameworks and deployment tools based upon company needs · Research industry best practices to ensure applications are developed in accordance to regulations
