Description

Because of new regulatory requirements related to the financial reporting process and also the need to capture such data on a granular level for enabling qualitative analytics, the client is building Financial Reporting. In this journey they are also including a data platform that in its fully implemented version will serve as the data platform within the organisation

They are organized in cross functional teams including both business and IT, working according to the SAFE framework. they are currently looking for a Scrum Master in one of the teams to help facilitating scrum events, planning, communicating/synchronizing cross teams, collaborate with PO.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- A few years’ experience of the Scrum Master role

Preferred competence and experience:

- .Net/C#
- Experience in the financial industry

Preferred personal qualities:

- Be driven, used to and likes to drive meetings to get a feeling of that we are moving forward
- Be driven, and get other people onboard with the plan “without running over”
