Developer to Web Acquisition Team

Funnel offers a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that helps some of the largest businesses worldwide to automate the generation of Business Ready Data. Customers are able to become more data-driven and automated and ensure that the data is always up-to-date and available through the visualisation solution of the customer’s choice.

What you will do

As a developer in the web team, you will have a key role in developing Funnel´s Website. You will have your main focus on web development but you also need to know your ways around the backend, and integration of external sources providing an end-to-end solution. You will engage in developing, testing, architecting, and designing the web application in all parts. Funnel has over the summer launched their new Hubspot CMS, so it would be great if you already have experience with HubSpot or other similar CMS tools. 

You will be involved in everything from identifying problems/opportunities, doing technical research about future or existing integrations and communicating internally and externally around the technical parts of the website.

The team

You will be a part of a growing cross-functional web acquisition team consisting of a Product Lead, SEO specialist and UX designer. The goal for the team is simplified, to drive organic traffic and to generate leads, but also to create an intuitive and frictionless experience. 

At Funnel they develop their core solution with a lean and agile mindset in autonomous teams and they also want the web team to work in this way. The Hubspot CMS is in place, now the work will focus on testing hypotheses iteratively, measuring results and adjusting with a growth mindset. Together, you will continuously test new ways and tools to better understand how to attract and convert leads to the site. 

You will work tight in the web acquisition team but also with the rest of the marketing team that covers paid and content to deliver a world-class website that drives the business forward.

Who we think you are

We are first and foremost looking for a developer who prefers to win as a team and enjoys finding ways to improve and grow a business. You are an experienced developer, with a good history of setting up more complicated sites involving plug-ins and external solutions. You have the lean mindset of minimizing risk by validating and delivering value as early as possible. You love working and collaborating as a team, doing activities such as pair programming with UX-designer or analyzing performance with the whole team.

So, you are a great developer focusing on web development but with the ability to understand the backend and take a holistic approach. We believe you are also a great team player with a data-driven mindset and love getting things done!
