What you will do We are deep into open-source technologies and building our own cloud using cloud-native open source technologies. You would, in the role as an infrastructure engineer at Platform24, be part of our cross-functional, core-platform team, creating infrastructure and services allowing us to move quickly while delivering a highly reliable platform to our partners. The team works tightly together, and you will be part of giving input in your area of expertise on strategic decisions on the architecture and how to move the platform forward.

- CD/CI pipelines (Gitlab)

What we are looking for

- Experience in system-administration on Linux environments
- Understanding of distributed system design
- Hands-on experience with service orchestration and management, deployment activities, configuration management, and process automation
- Understanding of process isolation, virtualization, and containerization concepts and the ability to apply them when necessary
- A good understanding and hands-on application of monitoring technologies
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, versioning, building, testing, staging, and deployment processes with a strong continuous delivery mindset
