Digital Project Manager - Are you ready for the next level?

Are you an analytical and structured person with strong project management skills who has a passion for digital products and services? Do you have great communication and stakeholder management skills? At Levels we work with a variety of organisations in a number of fields. Everything from large organisations to start-ups and entrepreneurs. As a Digital Project Manager at Levels you will work in-house with our product teams together with our partnering clients, creating digital products and services that enable them to reach the next level.

Here is where you enter the picture:

As a digital Project Manager your main responsibility is to drive an agile in-house product team in order to deliver great digital products and services together with our clients. This includes:

- Setting the vision for the project/product together with the client/partner and owning the project plan and project budget in order to realise the vision
- Owning your teams backlog and its prioritisation
- Working closely with our clients and partners, but also internally with competences such as designers, developers and UX-research and strategists in cross functional teams following agile methodologies
- Actively working on creating effective and engaged teams
- Actively improving our internal processes related to project and product management

Who are you?

We believe that you have several years of experience from technical project management, product ownership or similar roles within tech. We believe that you are a true team player and are passionate about understanding the whole picture from idea, to strategy, concept, design, development and releasing a digital product or service. We also believe that you have a proven track record of project managing complex technical products and are comfortable having technical discussions with developers, designers and other competences within the team.
