Backend Developer to Hem Design Studio

About the role

In this role you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the teck stack, tech architecture and digital infrastructure at Hem. You will develop backend functionality to support front-end efforts and automate internal processes. Together with the digital product team at large, enable teams to work more effectively through improving workflows and processes between internal and external systems, and developing new functionality and features. You will also:

- Be a sounding board to the Senior Frontend Developer and Digital Product Manager

- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap creation with the tech perspective

About you

You are a teamplayer that appreciate to take full responsibility of your work, and a problem solver. At hem, we encourage feedback and transparency and have a flat hierarch, so you need to be someone who is comfortable working in this type of environment. Beyond that, we require:

- At least 2 years of work experience with Python, Django/Django REST, Fast API
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written form

Nice-to-have requrements

- Experience of Shopify, e-commerce, Microsoft NAV, Salesforce
- Relevant academic high school degree
