System Responsible

You will lead a team with expert skills in different areas and the focus is to give your team the best condition to prosper, work efficiently and to cooperate in the best way with the rest of the organization. You will be the IT Governance extended arm where the mission is to support H&M with digital development tools used by all delivery teams across the IT department.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M System Responsible comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
- Lead and motivate the group
- Be driven in maintain and improve guidelines for the way of working, team spirit and delivery
- Responsible to support projects and maintenance situations concerning development issues regarding our development platforms, tools and contracts
- Responsible for effective incident and problem management
- Responsible for planning, budgeting and follow-up in the short and long term

Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:

- Many years of experience and knowledge of working agile and of agile methods, primary Kanban
- Have a genuine interest and curiosity to lead people against a common goal
- You are good at communicating, informing and to hold presentations in both Swedish and English
- You have the ability to see the big picture and you are a strong part of the delivery
- You like to work in a fast pace and is driven in your work
- Have System Responsible and/or Project Management experience
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft and Java development platforms regarding existing tools and established methodologies

It is a merit if your have prior experience with working with Software Asset Management. It is also qualifying if you have prior experience in working with offshore partners.
