Product Manager

The role

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to help us take our products to the next level. You will be part of one of the product teams at Oneflow and will be responsible for the product along with other product managers. You will be working closely and have regular communication with developers, UX designers and other departments.

We believe you have a problem solvers mindset and are a social outgoing person who thrives in a fast moving environment. As a product manager in our product teams you will focus on the operational side of managing and prioritizing the team's backlog.

Your days will be filled with

• Break down features, plan releases, monitor feature usage and performance
• Work with the team to improve the customer experience and define product specifications
• Manage and prioritize the team’s backlog
• Define and analyze metrics that track the success of products
• Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results to the team as well as all employees at Oneflow

Skills & Requirements

• Prior experience working as a product manager
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers, developers, sales, marketing, and customer success
• To know the art of saying “No” and you say it often
• To enjoy working operational, with an ambition to develop strategic skills over a period of time
• Experience from high-growth technology companies within SaaS or E-commerce
• Experience of working with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely
• Passionate about UX, UI, growth hacking or development
