In this role as a Software Developer you will be making sure our Data Center products meet the needs of our customers, wether its features in general, performance or thinking about how to best build or test the product. Your expertise, knowledge and ideas will help to design, develop and improve our products. Your work will impact hundreds of thousands of users around the world, ranging from people in tiny start ups to global enterprises. You will be a part of a small, dynamic team and work closely with our product managers, UX designers, testers and support engineers.

Most of your time is spent on building new features in Java, or troubleshooting issues reported by our customers. Our products are used on high availability systems that hold critical data, and this is an aspect you need to consider every time you write code. We expect you to take ownership of the code that you produce - you write it, you own it.

We put a lot of focus on quality and we take pride in things we ship out to customers. We work with realistic goals and don’t rush releases out the door. We aim to do things well.

What you'll need to succeed in this role

- 4+ years experience from software engineering
- Experience from back end development, we use Java but other languages will do as long as you're willing to switch
- Experience in building web applications
- A problem solving attitude
- Interested in working in a product company
- Curious and eager to learn new things and develop yourself professionally

We can adjust the role based on your skills and wishes. If you want to work also with front end (Vue.js and some legacy Backbone.js), we'll be happy to accommodate that.
