UX-DESIGNER ROAD - (stockholm)/Remote

The job entails leading and performing UX work within the framework of Consulting's agile development. ROAD is a development train that builds system support for the bank's advisory business using the SAFe framework. Regardless of the meeting location, the private and corporate customer must have a personal, coherent holistic experience that combines a sense of control over their finances with insights, guidance, and advice to be able to make good and well-founded financial decisions in a variety of situations.

Tasks:

Develop detailed concepts for our digital channels visualized in the form of interfaces, sketches and clickable prototypes.

Evaluate both concepts and user interfaces based on, among other things, statistics and usage tests.

Work design-driven in the team and with the team's partners.

Competence requirements

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in User Experience design is required.

Has extensive experience with Interaction Design.

Is T-shaped with broad UX expertise, but your specialty should be interaction design.

You comprehend and contribute to the organization's design maturity.

You are zealous about creating optimal flows and genuinely care that the end result is pixel-perfect.

Has built and used a design system and has a good understanding of what is technically feasible.

Is adept at communicating and visualising your ideas through digital prototypes, interfaces, and sketches.

Is accustomed to working in agile cross-functional teams. You can also lead others as a senior designer.

Has a strong command of both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Has prior experience with lean-agile working methods (SAFe).
