PRODUCT OWNER - (Kista)/Remote

After the firm was combined with another company, the client is embarking on an exciting path of transformation in which two IT stacks will become one. IT Consumer Online creates and maintains websites for clients as well as the company's mobile app.

As a product owner at the firm, you will plan and manage development activities alongside three other IT Consumer Online product owners. You will also collaborate closely with other product owners in IT and Tech, but you will also assist the business by ensuring that the proper priorities are defined to get us to the transformation's objective.

You will be in charge of one or more bullying prevention programmes.

The team uses Continuous Delivery/Automation and creates/maintains our own pipelines. We are always releasing new content. The task entails evaluating everyone's viewpoints (business, IT, and customer) against each other in order to accomplish what is best for the product and the organisation. You will collaborate with the other Online product owners to create the product's overall roadmap. We've observed that we have a propensity to lose sight of the IT and customer perspectives, so more knowledge in these areas is advantageous.

Profile

We notice that you have extensive expertise in web development (ideally in e-commerce), with an emphasis on quality and customer service.

Your responsibilities include:

Manage the needs gathered from stakeholders (business, IT, UX)

Responsible for maintaining close communication with teams, stakeholders, and product owners in other parts of the organisation.

Own and run the whole product roadmap in collaboration with the other product owners from online.

Refinement of the backlog

Ensure that we maintain high quality, safety, and performance in all development while keeping the user in mind.

Drive features in the transformation programme from start to end, which may involve several product owners/teams, including those from outside the department.

Contribute to the understanding of the necessity for continual development (in the form of features)

Contribute to the growth of the team and department

Remove any and all impediments to the teams' ability to assume responsibility.
