UX-DESIGNER - (Solna)/Remote

Description of the assignment

As a UI / UX designer, you are in charge of researching and creating UX designs and digital customer interfaces for all digital channels, and you are part of the team in charge of developing our digital customer experience. You collaborate with Product Owners, Interface Developers, and Data Analysts on a daily basis.

Tasks:

Responsible for ensuring that customer processes are logical and user-friendly, as well as for working consistently to remove impediments and produce the greatest user experience.

Responsible for ensuring that our digital customer interfaces convey the proper message to customers and that the digital design is consistent with Apotek Hjärtat's brand idea.

In circumstances when the interface will be tested on clients, you will be in charge of creating clickable prototypes. You are in charge of leading and carrying out prototype testing with consumers.

It is your obligation to create websites, applications, and digital touchpoints in pharmacies.

You collaborate closely with Product Owners, Digital Analysts, and Developers to create exceptional digital customer journeys. In other circumstances, you may be the sole UX designer, therefore you must be skilled at managing expectations and facilitating communication.

Knowledge and experience are required.

UX design education

Independently conduct UX design in one or more development teams and collaborate with several UXs on the big picture.

Desirable expertise / experience

Experience designing for e-commerce is advantageous.

You understand and are interested in e-commerce.

Used to creating mobile interfaces

You have a natural flair for designing to improve the digital user experience.

You work well in groups and are proficient with technologies such as Sketch, Invision (for prototypes), and Zeplin.

Figma design system experience

Possibility of thinking "outside the box"

Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to prioritise, communicate, and follow through on your ideas.
