Product Manager

Since 2010 Fyndiq has grown to the largest marketplace for bargains in Sweden. We are a small group of Fyndians that handles millions of Swedish customers, thousands of merchants, and millions of products. We have recently expanded to the Danish and Finnish market, and are continuing our growth in the Nordic region with the goal to be a global marketplace.

We are always on the lookout for how we can grow and provide a better and more enjoyable customer experience. We believe that our Product Manager is the core of this - to see the challenges that lie ahead and how to make an idea into a reality.

About the role

As a Product Manager for the Customer Team, you will be an agile leader and a spokesperson for the end customer. You will have a key role in identifying needs, breaking down initiatives and ideas into clear requirements, and making sure we deliver a great user experience. You will have a fantastic team of UX designers and developers by your side, and together you will create the best value for our users.

Your purpose at Fyndiq is to:

- Monitor the market insights, quantitative and qualitative data to help identify customer needs.
- Analyze these insights and create crystal-clear requirements and product roadmaps
- Help Fyndiq transform our company vision, strategy, goals, and ideas into tangible development tasks.
- Frequently communicate with other departments and stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you have:

- At least 5 years of work-life experience from a tech or business perspective, with a minimum of 2 years as a Product Manager
- Solid experience of working with B2C
- Strong skills in Google Analytics
- Experience in working with requirements management
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience of working with A/B tests is a plus
