As an IT delivery organization to component assembly value stream within Scania, we count on a business development team, as well as workshop technicians and several teams from both Back-end and Front-End to deliver great IT to our business

Since our company is developing towards a more value oriented mindset, we are now extending our team with a value stream leader. This is an exciting and high-potential role that will enable you to work with many different teams across our business.

Your role

As a value stream lead you will ensure that we have the right prerequisites to deliver the right things at the right time according to the business needs to assure that we keep our promises. Among other things we see you will:

• Ensure our common backlog is properly groomed and communicated to our stakeholders – delivery teams, business, and leadership
• Support the value stream on making smart decisions and to work smoothly, securing our business stakeholders have the right prerequisites for prioritization, and that our teams are not blocked
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives
• Make sure the value stream is learning and improving as we go toward greater efficiency and value

Your profile

You are an inspiring leader that strives to create new leaders around you. With a servant mindset, you listen to people and colleagues around you before taking action. We believe that you have experience in building relationships with several stakeholders, knowledge about the business we are supporting, and the courage to set challenging goals and deliver upon them. Fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement.

Advantage points are:

• Experience in agile methodology (Scrum of scrums, SAFe) and/or project management
• Fluency in written and spoken Swedish
