Randstad Technologies is looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join Qmatic's R&D team in Mölndal.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Site-Reliability Engineering Team at Qmatic, you will help us to create the next generation of our SaaS products. This work will include designing, building, maintaining, and monitoring the infrastructure that runs our product portfolio. While working in a dynamic and growing team of engineers you will apply best practices and use modern technologies. You will also work closely with other engineering teams to deploy
and maintain scalable containerized applications.

Duties and responsibilities

Designing, implementing and maintaining services that are highly available and scalable on cloud platforms
Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Mentoring engineering teams on DevOps best practices.
Creating and maintaining processes, tools and documentation.
Deploying and maintaining production infrastructure and services.
Implementing robust monitoring solutions.
Capacity planning.
Implementing security best practices.

Working hours

Full-time. The position can be located in Krokslätts Fabriker Mölndal, Sweden or remote.

Qualifications

We also believe that you have:

Minimum 5 years of industry experience including at least 3 years as a DevOps engineer.
Experience spanning at least two disciplines, including architecture, development or operations.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, using AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK or Terraform.
Familiarity with a portfolio of AWS products.
Experience implementing monitoring solutions.
Experience of programming in languages such as Python, Java and/or Node.
Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL.
Experience working with CI/CD workflows such as Jenkins, CodeDeploy, GitLab.
Scripting (shell, python) skills for monitoring and automation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate fluently
in English.
