Lead Test Automation Engineer

We are now looking for a dedicated Lead Test Automation Engineer to join our Tech team and take our test automation work to the next level as we aim to continuously deliver our solution with high quality by leveraging modern open-source software components and frameworks.

What you will do:

- Build and maintain automated test frameworks and abstraction layers that enables continuous delivery of high-quality web technology software.
- Evangelize for a Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) culture within the organization.
- Drive the change of getting test automation and its associated quality practices into all stages of the software product development process by coaching and leading developers.

- You have strong skills in Test Automation work
- You care about agile values and modern engineering practices
- You are a key driver of change
- You enjoy coaching and/or mentoring colleagues
- Experience in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Cucumber framework is required.
- Experience in working with Linux/Unix environments is required.
- Experience in tools like Selenium, Postman, Git, Bamboo is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP-based network communications is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of IP security is considered a plus.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python, PHP, Perl, tcl is considered a plus.
- Experience with Hypervisors such as VMware, KVM etc. is considered a plus.
