Junior UX Research Intern

We are looking for a Junior UX Research Intern to join and support our team in our mission to bring the user into the product development. As an intern at Winningtemp you’ll get hands on experience assisting on real research projects. You’ll get to collaborate with stakeholders across the company on projects that have a direct impact on the customer experience and overall product strategy.
This is a salaried position, and with a potential for turning into a permanent position as a junior UX researcher.

As a part of our UX team you’ll get to;

- Work alongside our Senior UX Researcher on planning and executing research initiatives.
- Participate on high-impact projects including figuring out the right user personas as well as building a research repository from the ground up.
- Assist with transcribing and coding interview data.
- Join in on research workshops shaping the interview data into useful and distinct user profiles.
- Analysing the data and transforming it into clear and well defined insights.

Who You Are

- We believe you are about to finish your studies, or have recently graduated from an education within cognitive sciences, psychology, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- You are familiar with the theory of user research, and all the common research practices and methodologies
- You have knowledge of a variety of qualitative research methods and frameworks, such as ethnographies, contextual inquiries, diary studies, personas, user journeys, card sorting, and usability studies - at least on a theoretical level
- You are eager to get practical experience of all research related operations (recruitment, transcription, moderation, note taking, synthesising data, analysis, creating findings documentation)
- You are empathetic, curious and open-minded
- You are able to work from our office in Göteborg on a flexible basis
- You are proficient in English and Swedish

Nice to haves

- Experience in Figma

- HR platform/tool industry experience
