Software Engineer with interest in Data Analytics

We now have a great opportunity for a Software Engineer to our group Data & Analytics team in Stockholm. I am Tobias Eriksson, the leader of our team of Data Engineers, and I am looking for a talented Software Engineer to help us build awesome analytical products for customers across all countries of Telia Company.

Our team consists of data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, solution architects and product owners, working together in different cross-functional, domain-oriented agile DevOps teams building analytical solutions to for example TV & Media, Crowd Insights, Telia Finance, Connectivity or Networks.

Your Experience:

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in back-end software development with Scala, Python, Java or any other relevant language
• Strong knowledge in software architecture and design
• Experience in agile workflow and software development life-cycle
• Strong knowledge in DevOps and hands-on experience from operations
• Up to date in leading software engineering technologies and industry best practices
• Experience in Cloud development especially in AWS/Redshift is a big bonus
• Experience in SQL is a big bonus
• Experience in big data or parallel processing solutions is a big bonus
• Masters Degree in Computer Science or similar field
