Experience and competence

Senior UX designer with experience and drive who can work with goods and services "ear to loaf": from research, mapping, and insight work to issue description. Then there are thoughts on solutions, prototyping, testing, iterative learning, and polished launch-ready UI design.

In addition to this:

capability of facilitating and leading design work (Design Leadership).

Visualization of processes, outputs, test results, ideas and concepts, and so on (to create context and be able to communicate with teams and stakeholders).

Ability to assist stakeholders in expressing WHAT they desire (as an impact) and leading teams in HOW (as a solution proposal and technique / approach).

A minimum of 3-5 years of expertise in User Experience design is required.

Has extensive expertise with Interaction Design.

Is T-shaped with wide UX expertise, but your specialty should be interface design.

You comprehend and contribute to the organization's design maturity.

You are zealous about creating ideal flows and actually care that the end product is pixel-perfect.

Has built and used a design system and has a clear knowledge of what is technically achievable.

Is adept at explaining and visualising your ideas through digital prototypes, interfaces, and sketching

Is accustomed to working in agile cross-functional teams. You might also lead others as a senior designer.

Has a strong command of both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Has prior expertise with lean-agile working methods.

Duration: 6 months + extension
