About the role:

We’re Full Stack DevOps team, looking for an excellent team player with great analytic and communication skills who relish new project challenges and tasks. We want our team members to share their experiences, opinions and ideas with the rest of our team to help us push forward, so we are seeking people who are self-motivated, love to learn fast, can get things done and embrace challenges to solve difficult and complex problems.

The tech stack for frontend is Vue.js with typescript and Node.js. We have recently moved from React, few months ago. That said, we are still actively developing with React on parts of the product. The tech evolves continuously by the team. The frontend products are built with micro service architecture in mind. Kubernetes is what we use as container-orchestration system for automating application deployment, scaling and management. In terms of monitoring Applications and Users we use Datadog. On a day-to-day basis you will be working directly with product owners and designers. Style guide is something which is built and maintained in-house.

Key responsibilities:

• Always pay attention to the user experience (UX) of the product.
• Quickly and easily pick up new languages and frameworks and are happy switching between technologies and thrive in developing well tested, modular, and maintainable code.
• Work in close collaboration with Product owners, UI/UX designers and back-end engineers to design and build beautiful, snappy and usable UIs.
• Thrive in developing well tested, modular, and maintainable code.
• Problem solving and bug fixing.
• API integrations
• DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS)
• Automating testing and deployments.
• Contributing to team code reviews and coaching other team members
• As a part of the DevOps team, you will be on-call for the services that the team owns. You are on-call for one week, approximately once per month. While On-call, you are required to be reachable by telephone and able to act upon alarm using your laptop.

You must have:

• Fluency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge with REST-ful API.
• Working experience with one or more of the modern frontend JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with modern JavaScript workflow tools like package managers, bundlers etc.
• Experience with testing your code.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Version control experience.
• 4+ years of combined, relevant experience.

It will be very good if you have:

• Strong knowledge of responsive design and cross browser/platform compatibility.
• Experience with universal JavaScript and server-side rendering.
• GraphQL experience.
• Devops experience (AWS, Kubernetes especially).
• Docker experience.
• JWT-knowledge (Auth0, Oauth2).
• Vue.js specific experience.
• Application monitoring.

Physical requirements:

• INVIDI is a conscious, clean, well-organized, and supportive office environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are normal.

• INVIDI is working remotely 100% until a return-to-office date is determined.
