About the company:

CtrlPrint is a service that facilitates the work with designed financial documents for, for example, annual and sustainability reports for stock market listed companies. The service is based on Adobe InDesign and InCopy and is partly cloud-based. The company is in a phase of rapid growth and currently has offices in London and Helsinki with headquarters in Stockholm. This includes the development and product team with engineers and product owners, as well as the support function and information security manager, who you will work closely with.

Tasks and responsibilities:

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you work with commissioning product updates, troubleshooting malfunctions and developing operations. It is an operational role where you are partly on-call and involved in everything flowing as it should. You work continuously with operation, deployment and monitoring as well as incident management. You develop and improve the structure and process for preparedness and alarm handling. Together with the operational safety manager, you develop the establishment of DevOps workflows and CI / CD pipeline. You work partly with project planning and prioritization and continuously with incident documentation - something that is of great importance to the company. The work is to some extent seasonally linked to the customers' annual reports that take place in CtrlPrint's system. As a result, careful resource planning takes place and the environment is optimized.

The work also includes measuring and optimizing the system's performance, capacity planning and handling of this. Your interest in the field also means that you curiously explore and evaluate new technology and solutions to drive the organization forward, for example by working with automation.

Since the work is safety-classified, you obviously make sure that your working method follows internal and external rules and given this, you have a great interest in and knowledge in safety issues.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Completed higher education in, for example, systems science where courses with focus on safety have been included
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of DevOps in AWS with CloudFormation, Terraform or similar IaC tools, perhaps that you acquired through school

• Experience of Amazon in AWS, alternatively Azure or Google Cloud is a merit
• Experience of working with or knowledge of Jenkins is a merit
• Very good communication skills in English, Swedish is meritorious
• Great interest in technology, security issues and development where you may have created your own projects or taken part in the training
