How is your future team?
We are a team within Collaboration Platform in Information System Department. We work closely together and interact with all different departments within Axis. We are responsible for Axis intranet platform (SharePoint) and our Microsoft 365 services, for example Teams, Forms, Powerapps etc. We manage and develop these platforms, create integrations and solutions. The team is small, tight and unpretentious. We have a high delivery speed and work in an agile way.
We are on a journey to adapt to the next level in supporting and providing Axis what we need from the SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms.
What you will do as a SharePoint System Specialist?
Your main task will be to design and develop technical solutions in our SharePoint OnPrem and Online platforms. You will also take the technical responsibility for the long-term architectural setup. You will work closely with the product owner as a technical advisor and also have discussions with our infrastructure department about technical requirements to make sure we have the correct setup. Working with Axis´ internal collaboration platforms are an exciting and varied job where you will interact with the entire organization and develop solutions together with your team. You will also play an important role in contributing to the growth and knowledge sharing within the team. Who are we looking for?
You are a team player with an analytical ear as well as great communicating skills. You have long and deep experience of SharePoint and MS365 development. You have an eye for details but the ability to see the big picture. You also find a great interest in keeping you updated in what is happening within the platforms and solutions from Microsoft. As a person you are business minded and thrive in a role that combines technology and people.
We'd love to hear that you have:
* Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline
* Solid knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint, OnPrem and Online
* Good experience of web development (like Javascript/HTML/CSS)
* Working experience in PowerShell
* Good skills from API development and integration
* You share a genuine interest and have knowledge from Power Platform
* Knowledge in MS Teams as new collaboration hub, Azure Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention as well as knowledge of the Infrastructure services and technologies
* Very good language skills in (technical) English
It´s a bonus if you also have experience from:
* Knowledge of .NET
* Experience of frameworks such as React
* Microsoft MSCA/E Private Cloud as well as MCITP
* Experience of TFS
