Job description

We have been expanding with new employees over the last year and our management capacity is not enough. At the same time we don’t want to add “just another manager”. We believe that we can change the classic manager role and put some of the tasks normally handled by a manager in the hands of a qualified leader in each team. That would give you the possibility of continuing coding but combining it with leadership. You will be part of the management team and together we will make our co-workers grow as well as, together with the teams, create the best prerequisites possible to deliver the highest value to our end users.

In this role, you will develop both our product and one of our teams to be more effective. We have a true CI/CD pipeline where you and the team will deliver to production on daily basis. You will have a lot of opportunities to share your experience and knowledge together with your teammates. This will be done by pair-and mob programming, Weekly knowledge sharing meetings, and improvement workshop.

Your background

• You have proven leadership skills in truly agile environments.

• You have solid experience in Java backend development.

• You have experience in React/Redux.

• Communication skills in Swedish or English.

It is beneficial if you have experience within any of the following:

• Cloud Environment

• Microservice architecture

• AWS/Kubernetes

• Test automation

• Experience from working in complex systems

With this experience, you can support your fellow team members in growing and improving. You are driven by challenges and are comfortable trying new technologies and ways of working.
