As a Nordic IT coordinator, you are responsible for supporting a Nordic assignment by maintaining its technology and system. In this position, you coordinate it process within the assignment, you provide it related customer support, manage servers, create networks, purchase equipment, trouble shoot workstations and much more.

In the role Nordic IT coordinator you are in charge of all matters relating to the IT delivery from the Client and GoExcellent IT Services, like delivery of services, order handling, and support. You work with the assignments management team and are the spokesperson for all matters that concern IT. Both in the daily operation and in the ongoing changes and projects that occur. In the IT coordinator role, you report to the Account Manager of the assignment.

In combination you, work as ITS Service Desk technician. In this role you will handle IT related cases yourself, primarily at the Gothenburg site. You work in a Nordic team, along with other local technicians that support the same client. Regarding your employment and in your work as Service Desk Technician, you will report to the ITS Service Delivery Manager.

Tasks for Nordic IT coordinator:

• Being the main IT contact for the assignment, across the Nordics
• Being "IT- Point of Contact" (POC) for the client
• Coordinates and make updates in orders and support cases
• Be updated in Client IT processes and internal IT processes and equipment specifications.
• Takes ownership of all matters related to infrastructure, systems and equipment.
• Leads and coordinates system tests, updates and rollout on the sites, including lab equipment and training rooms.Leads diagnostic work and follow-up, directly with the client
• Works close with the Operations and be a part of the assignments management team.
• Assists in budgeting for IT expenses, including the purchase of new equipment and software when necessary.
• Implements a plan for repair or replacement of computers and other forms of technology.
• Prepares regular reports for management, attends meetings to present these findings.Instructs other IT professionals and assigns projects as needed.

Tasks for ITS Service Desk Technician Support:

• Manages and coordinates IT deliveries to the sites.
• Takes ownership of the equipment process at all sites
• Organizes and carries out support for and vacation period
• Performs local support in Gothenburg site
• Coordinates all IT support on all sites
• Participates in project implementations

Qualifications

• Have a good understanding regarding the client´s products, features and services
• Relevant background with experience from professional work within IT.
• A good technical understanding and strong interest in IT.
• Result- and solution-oriented with a strong  ability to solve IT problems.
• Customer focus and the ability to act in case of IT issues.
• Be proactive when communicating with the client, assignment management and staff.
• Be able to take decisions, and perform your work under pressure
• Good in collecting and analyzing information.
• Ability to take relevant factors into validation when planning and performing your work.
• You involve relevant stakeholders and act accordingly to get result.
• Documented experience in iOS -, Mac products and OS, as well as Windows and PC

Language skills

Fluency in Swedish and English – both speaking and writing.
