What you’ll do

• Work closely with product teams to identify research topics
• Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes
• Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs
• Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods, such as surveys, interviews and workshops
• Work cross-functionally with design, product management and engineering while contributing to the evolution of the UX capability

Who you are

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Experimental Psychology, or a related field
• 3+ years experience in applied product research
• Knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis, and statistical concepts
• Knowledge of a set of qualitative and user-centered design methods
• Passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to connect in a authentic way with diverse professionals
• Lifescience, biotech and/or pharma experience a plus
