Econans is a Fintech company based in Gothenburg offering simulation and automated advice solutions within personal finance. Our mission is to make personal finances more fun and easier to understand using innovative digital services. Our solutions have more than half a million users monthly in Sweden and we have now started to expand all over Europe. As Lead Backend Developer at Econans, you will be responsible for the technical delivery of the team, as well as coaching and mentoring the team members. The role offers a great opportunity to have a big impact on everything from system architecture to creative processes. We are looking for a person with a senior developer background who is comfortable taking on a leading role in projects.
What you will bring along:
- University degree in Software Engineering or alike.
- You have at least 5 years of work experience as a software developer, preferably in .NET or Node.js.
- You work in a structured and systematic way.
- You can reason about complex software architectures, understanding the trade-offs, and the dynamics between its components.
- Love to learn new technologies.
- Strong communication skills
- You are interested in personal finances.
- You are fluent in both Swedish and English at a professional level.
What would be great in addition:
- Experience in DevOps.
- Working for a start/scale-up.
- Working as a Scrum Master.
