The role and responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily work with Pro Lab, our scientific flag ship product, developing in C# on windows/desktop/WPF.

Your days will be filled with:

• Collaborating with teams in Stockholm and Kiev regarding implementation details, process improvements and collaboration efforts.
• Taking part in discussions on the future of the product and market.
• Writing test cases for your own code and enough manual testing to ensure it’s done when you say it’s done

A normal day at the office starts with a daily stand-up to synchronize the team and identify any impediments. We will work together to make sure all teams can deliver on their commitments and eliminate road blocks. The rest of the day will be filled with coding (production, test cases, test infrastructure and build scripts), pair-programming, mob-programming, grooming the backlog, design meetings and reviewing code. At the end of each two-week sprint there's a demo by all teams to celebrate what has been accomplished.

We are looking for someone who

• We are looking for a skilled C# developer for WPF/Desktop scientific applications.
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing .NET applications
• Enjoys learning new things when required (C#, WPF, .Net, TDD, scrum)
• Has an interest in software development; technical as well as process/method
