ABOUT THE POSITION

OneLab is growing and we are now looking for the next colleague to our growing tech team. As backend developer at OneLab you will work with design-thinking and a user-centric design approach, always putting the end-users needs first. You will play a central role in our cross-functional team where you find and create solutions from start to finish, in cooperation with other parts of the company.

WORK TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create solutions for the whole stack with focus on our backend (Node, SQL, Redis, Sanity (Content Lake) and AWS/PaaS).

- Write and review code to improve yours and the whole team's coding skills.

- Technologies you will be working with stack:

Infrastructure at AWS managed via Terraform.

API services in Node, SQL, Redis and “Sanity Content Lake”

- We also integrate with lots of external services so we don't have to create what's already out there as a service (Sanity, Cypress, Twilio, Daily.io, Sentry, Mixpanel).

- Research about the challenge that the customer has, to provide the best solution.

QUALIFICATIONS

- You have at least four years of work experience of programming and backend development, preferably in python or node.js and you have experience from SQL databases.

- Your communication skills in English are excellent.

- If you have work experience within a similar area, such as med-tech, or have knowledge about employee health it’s a plus.
