Knowledge transfer and mentorship are desired attributes to assist a freshly formed development team with experience and best practises in IOS and Android for:
Tools, techniques, design patterns, and code standards for modular app development - MVVM - dependency injection / inversion
Creating infrastructure and tools for iOS and Android app development
-technical architecture in terms of scalability and security tools for analysis and logging authentication / authorization to guarantee that the code base is of high quality, usability, and maintainability code review and documentation
Pipeline for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (landline, AppCenter, Azure DevOps)
App release and deployment with automated unit/UI testing and end-to-end testing
The targeted outcome is for the team to be able to continue working on mobile app development on their own.
