In our Gothenburg office, we are passionate about delivering with ever increasing levels of quality. As an Agile organization we are transforming from traditional software releases to continuous delivery. We are currently seeking a Site System Engineer to team with us on this exciting journey.

The Site System Engineer at Jeppesen Gothenburg is responsible for maintaining and improving Jeppesen internal customer satisfaction by providing superior software support to end users of company computer based products. The Site System Engineer is also responsible for deploying and troubleshooting Desktop and Mobile devices including support and tracking.

The Support Team in Jeppesen Gothenburg supports 350 onsite users and up to 150 remote users via phone or remote desktop.

A successful candidate for this position needs to have several years? experience of working with second line support or equivalent and have a broad knowledge of the common windows operating systems and basic Linux and Macintosh skills. He or she also needs to have a strong customer focus, be fluent in English (our corporate language) in both speaking and writing and be able to prioritize accordingly. We see our next Site System Engineer as structured, self-driven, cooperative, flexible and an easy learner. We also see him or her as someone with good troubleshooting skills and who has a drive for improving processes. We value creativity and the ability to combine previous knowledge combined with finding new solutions!
