Join us as Test Lead in our team in Gothenburg, Sweden

As a V&V Leader, and as a member of the Test System Team, your mission will be to lead Validation & Verification activities for the signalling projects you will be in charge with. It means:

Key responsibilities:

- Lead, plan, and coordinate test activities to ensure an efficient high-quality validation.

- Perform formal validation, and more exploratory tests of components

- Establish and develop test methodologies and capabilities both in-house and at external test institutes with the focus to improve the design and increase the robustness of our products.

- Write test specifications and test reports and aim for a standardized way of specifying tests and reporting test results for all our products.

- Support the design team in creating test cases and setting up necessary tests to validate single components and subsystems works well in interflow 150 product.

- Prepare timetables for testing, in cooperation with Work Package Owner and Project leader.

- Check that tools, instruments and test equipment are available, calibrated and functioning.

- Enforcing and following the safety measures.

- Make sure that the latest installation and test documentation is available and being used.

- Analyse test results and come up with new innovate ways of making use of test data to improve the design and quality of our products.

- Functionally leading & mentoring a team.

- To follow-up the setting of the test bench and tools to carry-out the tests;

- To carry out regression tests after anomalies correction.

- To organize and participate to the end of phase review

REQUIREMENTS

Education - Master or bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specific training/experience in the fields of automatics, IT or Rail domain.

Experience – 10-15 years’ solid background in Test & Integration activities combined with a strong knowledge of railways signalling systems are added advantage.

A first experience as Team leader and in Project Management would be very important assets.

- Experienced in railway signaling systems.

- Experienced Test Engineer.

- Experience of planning, coordination and leading of activities is required.

Programming skills: C++, Python or any scripting language.

Language – A full proficient use of Swedish and a good level in English are.

Behavioural competencies – Team spirit / Leadership / Rigorous and reliable / good analytical & synthetical skills

- Good knowledge in the Swedish and English language, spoken as well as in writing.
