Are you passionate about modern tech? Do you want to be working in a new team to build the next generation customer experience? Great! We are looking for Java Developer to join one of our product teams in the Customer domain.

What you will do

We are looking for Java Developer to Customer Engagement for a product team that works with identifying and engaging users connecting with H&M Group. Both through personalization and relevance, as well as loyalty programs. With over 130 million members, we have one of the biggest loyalty programs in the world!

We are looking for experienced senior developer to help us tackle one of the key aspects of enabling H&M Group to roll out a new CIAM solution to improve the way we identify, login and sign-up our customers.

Some of your work tasks would:

• Launch Customer Identity Access Management solution across H&M Group and 50 markets
• Support teams with implementing secure microservices using JWT
• Develop Spring Boot Java microservices to assist with just-in-time migration
• Develop strategies for optimizing security and identification rate of customers in all channels

We also believe that you have:

• Ability to understand and analyses complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
• Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors
• Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
• Strong experience developing in Java, Spring Boot
• Experience working in cloud environments
• Experience working with JWT implementation
• Experience in agile software development practices (automated testing, mob/pair programming, CI/CD etc.)
• Good knowledge, both written and oral, in English

It is positive if you also have (but not necessary)

• Previous experience implementing CIAM
