Job Description

We are looking for a new college for our Escrypt team with Several years of solid professional experience who takes the role as an Agile Product Owner.

Help shape the future: Serves as the liaison between multiple areas of an organization, communicates with business stakeholders and collaborates closely with Scrum teams to keep all areas of the business informed on progress.

Create something new: Create tomorrows security product for the automotive industry.

Take responsibility: Translating the roadmap into the Product Backlog, define features and ensure that backlog items are created and understood, with high quality. Prioritizes and maintains the product backlog, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.

Experience cooperation: Our work environment is team oriented, with a cross-functional mindset, working in an agile framework, essential SAFe.

Observe, and think ahead: Take ownership of assignments and are keen to deliver on-time. Furthermore, you are motivated to continuously learn as well as being eager to share your knowledge with your colleagues.

Qualifications

Personality: Proactive, dedicated, curious, team player with good communication and leadership skills.

Working Practice: Structured, self-reliant, goal- and customer-oriented.

Experience and Knowledge: Several years of solid professional experience working with product development. Has worked as an agile product owner is a plus. Good to have knowledge of ethernet and cybersecurity. Know-how in the automotive industry would be good but is not a must.

Languages: Very good competencies in spoken and written English. Swedish language skills are a plus.

Education: Academic degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or comparable field of studies.
