Tech Lead to Dun and Bradstreet

As Tech Lead at Dun and Bradstreet you will be a part of an global agile tech organization and work together with our developers and share the responsibility to participate and drive our products and services forward with high-end technology and customer experience. We work in product teams, in short sprints and with Continuous Deployment. We also work cross functional and cooperate with a vast array of teams across the organisation, this to further develop and align our platform with our technical vision.

For this position you will join Team Nasty Hamsters - an experienced and high performing team working primarily with common components. Nasty hamsters consist of three developers and are also supported by an agile product owner and product manager and then of course you as Tech Lead/Developer. This team is part of a European context and collaborates with several different teams spread across Europe. They work agile in sprints where their main focus is to develop, establish and run services to be used and recycled through various stakeholders across the organization.

In this position you will act as a technical guidance to the team and lead development efforts from planning to daily execution. As a tech lead you will be working hands-on with central and business critical services with a 100% uptime criteria. Your daily work will consist of a mixture of maintaining and extending features in third party products as well as developing support functions in a microservice architecture using mainly Spring Boot, MySql, MongoDB, Angular using continuous integration / deployment.

To succeed in this position we believe you have several years experience of Java Development and leadership experience as a tech lead or similar role. You are a social team player, curious and explorative, and want to be a part of the continuous improvement of the way we work and be part in the dialogue of evaluating tools in the scope of open source and larger communities to best support our needs and vision.
