Data Science sit at the core of what we do at Dun & Bradstreet. We use modeling, statistics, analytics and visualizations techniques to develop new analytics solutions and solve customer problems.

Our focus is strong business acumen, coupled with the ability to communicate findings to both business and IT leaders in a way that can influence how an organization approaches a business challenge. Good Data Scientists will not just address business problems, they will pick the right problems that have the most value to the organization.

A Data Science role involves discovering underlying trends in data, deriving value-add information from these trends, and driving their implementation to drive revenue. You will perform analytics to improve and develop Dun & Bradstreet’s offering as well delivering value in as in client specific case in close collaboration with related teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on large datasets with different types of data from Dun & Bradstreet's sources as well as several different types of customer data.
• Bring new projects forward and develop models and new variables, through machine learning and other techniques.
• Deliver insights in descriptive reports.
• Maintain and monitor generic models in internal flows and contribute to our ongoing development of internal processes.
• You will contribute with your expertise on new data sources and internal product development processes to assist other members of the team.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have

• Academic university degree in statistics, econometrics, mathematics, computer science, economics and / or civil engineering.
• Good knowledge of Python and SQL. Experience working in SAS (Base, EG or Viya is a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience of working within analytics.
• You have focused on Statistical modeling, Machine learning or Big Data analysis for at least 3 years.
• You have strong communication skills and good knowledge of speech and writing in English. German or Swedish is a plus.
• Location: Solna Sweden, but we are flexible. Darmstadt, Germany or Göteborg in Sweden is an option.
