Description

The client are looking for a Business Analyst/ Service & UX Designer.

Work tasks:

- Service & UX Design, identify todays work methods and give suggestion on future ways of working
- Work closely with line SME's
- Identify and suggest on functional and non-functional requirement if/when implementing new working methods

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Service Design, Expert level
- UX Design, Expert level
- Business Analyst, Expert level
