Usability and accessibility:
Usability tasks include mapping needs, formulating requirements, developing concepts and interfaces, producing available pdf files, evaluating prototypes and existing systems, working with accessibility specialists, and writing, structuring, and analysing information.
Skills related to search expertise and search engine optimization can also be included in this category.
The term "availability" refers to:
Knowledge of relevant usability and accessibility standards and guidelines, such as WCAG and EN 301 549.
The area also includes expertise in the Web Accessibility Directive, knowledge and experience with ISO 9241–11, and competence in user-centered methods.
Competency prerequisites
Knowledge - a high level of competence in one's current role.
Experience - serves as a model for lower-level Consultants. Typically, the level is attained after 4-8 years in the current role.
Management entails taking responsibility for a sub-area and being able to lead a small group.
Self-sufficiency entails the ability to work on one's own
