Scrum Master/ Release Manager

We are expanding our Telia Shared Systems team working with R6 Infonova and our BSS and Billing platform in Division X, the core for our global IoT offerings. Right now, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master and Release Manager to be part of our team. Together we will evolve Telia into the new generation Telco.

Your next challenge?

We are growing and need to expand the team with a Scrum Master and Release/Deployment Manager who will work closely with the development team and operations. We follow Agile with planning sessions, sprint demos and retrospectives.

Example of your tasks:

• Lead development team with daily stand ups, restrospectives and spint planning
• Life cycle management
• Test management
• Solution and incident analysis (Configuration XML & Java)

Who are you?

You are structured and systematic with a keen eye for improving processes and way of working. You are self-driven, problem-solving and pro-active. In order to work efficiently with rest of the team you speak fluent Swedish and English.

Your experience:

• An experienced scrum master
• Azure knowledge
• XML and Java knowledge
• Telco experience
• Used to motivate and drive colleagues towards continuous improvement and growth
• Capable to present and explain technical solutions
