The high priority product, Ground calculation, that ensures that the users have the right forecast and grounds to plan their assortment. The client need a person who will work with one of our products that handles the Store budget process. They are now looking for a senior developer to strengthen our team with technical knowledge and analysis to ensure we can expand and continue to be efficient in our development.

Work tasks:

- Be part of a multi competent product team having the full responsibility to identify and create business value
- Participate in solution design
- Application development

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Design and develop cloud-based applications based on microservices architecture.
- Work with Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) in the software engineering process.
- Maintain, monitor, and help tune performance of the applications.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, business analysts and business users in conceptualizing, estimating and developing new software applications and enhancements.
- Recognize and identify potential areas where existing policies and procedures associated with development requires improvement and helps in the process improvement activity.
- Update/create Knowledge Base Articles and case studies as necessary.
- Interact with architects and other stakeholders to develop and deploy quality applications.
- Experience in Java core and web application development.
- Extensive knowledge on HTML5, Java, Spring MVC and exposure to oData.
- Experience in working with Microservices architecture and executing E2E projects on Cloud.
- Experience in PostgreSQL.
- Experience in SAP UI5 or other front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experienced in working with Agile teams across functional areas
- Ability to understand High level requirements and translate them to detailed design.
- Experience in application monitoring and support of production applications with distributed teams.

Preferred competence and experience:

- Several years of project experience working in a team consisting of 5+ developers.
- Excellent skills of managing your own work and your own deadlines in close cooperation with Development Leads and the Team Lead.
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English.
- Experience with Cloud based development project(s).
- Working knowledge of DevOps and experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity.
- Experience with Integration development and maintenance processes
- Knowledge about web-services

Preferred personal qualities:

- Ability to understand and analyze complex needs and share it in effective and powerful communications
- Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
