You?? Yes! You. Our Business Technology department needs your BI Developer skills. The sustainability revolution isn’t going to happen by itself, we need all the help we can get. So if making the world a more sustainable place and trying to avert climate catastrophe is the kind of thing that gets you up in the morning, then read on!

As a BI Developer in our Analytics team you will have a central role in Oatly’s digitalization journey and help enabling the organization to take informed and data driven decisions. The team is transforming data into insightful and actionable business information by collecting, processing, analyzing and visualizing data. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support analytic solutions for all the corners of Oatly, in all corners of the world.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a wonderful opportunity for a BI Developer to get in the game and be part of a modern analytics team. As a BI developer you will:

- Support critical business functions to help Oatly become a global leader in oatbased (oatsome) products.
- Transform data into user-friendly insights.
- Support business users in how to look at data and help them understand the data.
- You will work together with data engineers, product owner and business users to develop modern reports & dashboards.

But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help.

You are a curious, communicative and committed professional with an (agile) delivery mindset. You see the big picture as well as the details. Being a team-player, interested in building something new in an everchanging environment will be very helpful in this role.

In you we believe we will find a structured and analytical problem-solver with a great drive. You are thinking about the big picture, rather than the job description bullet points, and are prioritizing doing things for real rather than creating a perfect plan that never sees the light of day (even it is a very pretty plan).

We think your oatsomeness is built upon..

- 3+ years experience as a Business Intelligence Developer (or comparable positions)
- Experience of working with business users and translating business needs into insights
- Experience in data modelling and SQL
- Working proficiency and communication skills, verbal and written, in English

Bonus points if you…

- Have experience from using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Azure
- Have experience from working with data catalogue
- Have experience from data processing using Python and statistical modelling.
- Have experience from exploratory data analysis and advanced analytics
- Are skilled at designing great user experience reports/dashboards, (UI/UX)
- Have a Bachelor degree in computer science, informatics or related field
